Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy
For quick and easy returns, visit a store near you in our “Contact Us” section or please use your carrier of choice to send it back to us for an item refund or exchange within 60 days of delivery. Please email customerservice@htsafetyshoes.com  before shipping any product.

All returns must be returned in original packging with tags attached in new, unworn condition. Worn items will not be accepted under any condition.

Refunds and Exchanges
Please try your shoes on at home for a couple hours before wearing them on the job to ensure a proper fit. If you are not satisfied with the shoes purchased, return them within 30 days. Please return the shoes in the same new condition that you received them. Hy-Test will either issue a credit, send you the new size/shoe style that you request in your exchange.

If a defect in material or workmanship occurs within 6 months of purchase, we will gladly replace at no charge.

*Credits or exchanges are not issued for excessive wear or abuse.
